Technology Lead · Chicago, IL
I'm a Technology Lead based in Chicago with 8+ years of experience designing and delivering backend systems that enterprise applications depend on. My expertise is in ASP.NET Core and AWS — building APIs that are clean and reliable, and cloud infrastructure that's built to last.
I specialize in backend engineering and cloud architecture — from high-throughput REST APIs and serverless workflows on AWS Lambda, to database design and zero-downtime migrations. I take end-to-end ownership of the systems I build, from architecture decisions to production reliability.
As a lead, I believe the best outcomes come from understanding the problem deeply before jumping to solutions. I work closely with business stakeholders to align on requirements, foster a culture of trust and accountability within my team, and make sure what we ship actually moves the needle.
Clean architecture, SOLID principles, and event-driven design at enterprise scale.
Lambda, DynamoDB, SNS/SQS, Kubernetes — cloud-native from day one.
Cross-functional teams, sprint planning, mentorship, and end-to-end release ownership.
Dynatrace, DataDog, Kibana — zero-surprise production environments.
Technology Lead — Chicago, IL
Leading a cross-functional team of 10–12 engineers in developing an enterprise
contact center platform enabling airline reservation agents to book, modify, and manage passenger
itineraries at scale. Architect microservices using .NET Core 8.0 with clean architecture and
SOLID principles. Integrated Dynatrace for distributed tracing, reducing MTTR
by ~67% (from ~1 hour to under 20 minutes). Championed TDD using XUnit/NUnit,
achieving >80% code coverage. Designed and configured
Harness CI/CD pipelines with automated quality gates via SonarQube &
Veracode, enabling zero-downtime deployments across all environments.
Technology Analyst — Remote → Chicago, IL
Led full stack development of a real-time flight disruption compensation platform processing
10,000+ compensation requests per day. Designed a dynamic Rules Engine using
Facade, Mediator, and Event-Driven Architecture. Spearheaded the cloud migration from
on-premise to AWS, reducing infrastructure costs by ~30% while improving
scalability and availability. Led Couchbase → DynamoDB migration of
200,000+ records with zero data loss. Implemented Serilog structured logging
with DataDog dashboards, reducing mean incident resolution time by ~67%.
Achieved >80% test coverage using XUnit/NUnit. Selected for onsite US
client engagement based on sustained high performance.
Senior Systems Engineer — Hyderabad, India
Assumed expanded ownership of critical modules — Bag Management, Seat Management,
SSR Management, and Travel Options — on a large-scale airport check-in and boarding platform
serving agents across 7 hub airports and all operating airports. Executed
.NET Core version migrations (3.0 → 5.0 → 6.0) across 120 microservices
with zero regression. Contributed to a curbside check-in solution for third-party ground
service vendors.
Systems Engineer — Hyderabad, India
Contributed to the ground-up design of a 120+ microservices-based airport
passenger check-in and boarding platform. Built Web API services and the Orchestration
framework that became the backbone of the platform. Deployed and managed services on
AWS using Kubernetes, Lambda, SNS, SQS, and DynamoDB. Integrated Solace
pub/sub messaging backbone. Developed a Couchbase → DynamoDB migration utility and authored
Boto3 scripts to automate migration of 200,000+ records, reducing manual
effort by ~70%.

Enterprise platform enabling airline reservation agents to book, modify, and manage passenger itineraries at scale across a high-volume operations environment.
Real-time platform used by airport agents to process and issue compensation to passengers affected by delays and cancellations. Features a dynamic Rules Engine.
Microservices-based platform supporting airline agents across major hub airports. Built from the ground up with Bag Management, Seat Management, and RBAC modules.
Designed and configured end-to-end deployment pipelines using Harness and TeamCity, enabling automated builds, quality gates via SonarQube, and zero-downtime releases across all environments.
